Your Rights and Our Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 9c999 website accessible at 9c999.io, including all associated services, products, content, and functionality made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by you on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and BDT wallet balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Player subject to applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means the BDT funds deposited into your Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any Bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any Bonus funds credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Clause 9 of these Terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 9c999 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following: (a) your completion of the account registration process; (b) your deposit of funds onto the Platform; (c) your placement of any bet, wager, or game round on the Platform; or (d) any other meaningful interaction with the Platform beyond passive browsing.

9c999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version came into force.

3 Eligibility

In order to register an account and use the 9c999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9c999 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to open an account or engage in any gambling activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 9c999, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from 9c999 management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the Platform or imposed by any relevant authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must register and maintain only a single personal account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money betting or gaming activity on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process and create a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number.
• You must keep your registration information current and up to date. Any change in your personal details must be reported to 9c999 support promptly.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity or believe your account was accessed by a third party.
• 9c999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable procedures and advance notification to the registered email address.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

9c999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to comply with its obligations relating to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and age verification. By registering an account, you consent to 9c999 conducting such verification checks as it deems necessary.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: at account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or where unusual account activity is detected:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your name and mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation, where required for large-volume accounts

9c999 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and to suspend account access pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and treatment of outstanding funds in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9c999 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 9c999 account balance in under 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 9c999 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and mobile number used to make the original deposit. This is a security and anti-money laundering measure.
• Under normal conditions, withdrawals are processed and credited to your mobile wallet within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals requested during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification may experience longer processing times. 9c999 will communicate any such delays where practicable.
• 9c999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests before processing.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7 before they may be withdrawn.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

9c999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only, as defined in the terms of each specific promotion. 9c999 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to new players, existing players, players from specific regions, or players who meet specific deposit or activity criteria.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts, different devices, or different payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
• All bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered that number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution percentages by game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement applicable to a bonus, 9c999 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to that bonus from your withdrawal amount.
• 9c999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour bets already placed in reliance on existing promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 9c999 Platform. Specific rules for individual products (cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, Fortune Bingo) are set out in the applicable product-specific rules pages within the Platform.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where the Platform's own rules expressly permit cash-out or bet withdrawal in specific circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, pay tables, or game outcomes being displayed, 9c999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake amount to the player's account.
• 9c999 strives to ensure that all cricket odds, casino game outcomes, and other results are determined fairly and accurately. Where a result is disputed, 9c999's records shall be the definitive source of truth, unless a clear error in those records is demonstrated.
• For live cricket in-play markets, 9c999 reserves the right to suspend betting at any time without prior notice, particularly during periods of rapid score changes, reviews, or other on-field events that affect market integrity.
• Winnings will be credited to your Real Money Balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9c999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or account limits.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in poker or other competitive formats.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets with knowledge of, or attempting to influence, the outcome of a sporting event through corrupt means.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform mechanics in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through coordinated bet-hedging, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of loopholes, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform as a mechanism for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes in relation to any deposit made on the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, pricing error, or system fault to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are subject to voidance.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 9c999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, game mechanics, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 9c999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 9c999.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, extract, or harvest data, odds, or content from the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any content, branding, or functionality of the Platform.

All third-party game content available on the Platform (including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and other studios) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is made available on the Platform under licence. All rights are reserved by the respective rights holders.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

9c999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account creation and identity verification; processing of financial transactions; detection and prevention of fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct; provision of customer support; delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in; and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9c999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected earnings arising from technical faults, system downtime, or bet voidance.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in your account.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or third-party banking systems beyond the reasonable control of 9c999.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, DDoS attacks, or other force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

9c999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 9c999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Responsible Gaming

9c999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment for all eligible players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic, and we take our duty of care in this regard very seriously.

Every registered player has access to the following responsible gaming tools, all available as self-service options from within their account settings:

14 Amendments to These Terms

Where a material change is made, 9c999 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via an on-screen notification upon next login, no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms come into effect, except where a change is required immediately by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and 9c999, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. 9c999 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. 9c999's decision on matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and account management shall be final, subject only to demonstrable factual or technical error.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
